/ date of the event
What happened
On 14 September 2026, during Russian attacks on Odesa region, two drones violated Moldovan airspace. The first entered near Palanca at 10:33, arriving from Maiaky, penetrated about 500 m into the country and returned to Ukraine at 10:34. The second entered from the direction of Ukraine near Cioburciu at 11:09, flew towards Pervomaisc in the Transnistrian sector and left the country at 11:19 near Kuchurhan, heading for Stepove. The crossings were confirmed by Moldova's border police and Ukraine's State Border Guard Service; the defence ministry said it was monitoring the situation in coordination with foreign partners. The ministry gave neither the drones' type nor who operated them.
