What happened
A Russian drone entered Romanian airspace and damaged a house and a power pole in the Bariera Traian quarter of Galați, the first occasion on which a Russian drone caused property damage in Romania. A second drone carrying explosives was identified near Văcăreni and destroyed by an SRI pyrotechnics team. The Russian ambassador was summoned.
